With our boarding machine you can check in conveniently during and after our reception opening hours (15-17h).
You can get through the process in just a few steps. All you need is a valid debit or credit card (Eurocash (EC), Girocard, Mastercard, Visa, V Pay, Maestro, UnionPay, DISCOVER, JCB, Diners Club, American Express).
The rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 pm.

Check-In with existing booking

• Select your language
• Select "Arrival with reservation"
• Select "Surname"
• Enter the surname of the person in the official booking (possibly not the guest name).
• You will be asked for breakfast. If you have already booked and deposited a breakfast, please do not book another one at the vending machine.
• Check the data and add to or correct it - the address given is the billing address and can no longer be changed. Therefore, use the company billing address if you are travelling on business.
• Sign the registration form on the pen pad.
• If you have already paid for your stay in advance, the payment process will be skipped. Otherwise, please follow the instructions on the card terminal for payment.
• Select the number of room cards and take them from the vending machine
•  Do not forget the receipt that the machine last dispenses.

A "long" copy of the invoice is available on request at reception or by e-mail to info(at)hotel-donau-ries.de.

If you have booked more than one room, repeat the process according to the number of rooms.
